Departure Date: Monday, April 16th, 2012
Departure Meeting Time: Students will need to meet at the Lakeview cafeteria no later than 7:45 a.m. to prepare for departure. Students will check-in with their teacher and leave their luggage in the assigned area outside of the cafeteria.
Departure Time: 8:00 a.m.
Arrival Date (back to Lakeview): Friday, April 20th, 2012
Arrival Time: Approximately 12:30 p.m. Students attending science school will need to be picked up at this time.
Total Cost of Camp: $275 (includes camp cost, bus transportation, U-haul for luggage transportation, and T-shirt)
Important Dates to Remember
Non-refundable deposit of $150 is due by Friday, January 20, 2012. (Payments must either be CASH OR MONEY ORDERS payable to Lakeview Student Council- NO PERSONAL CHECKS!)
The entire balance of $275 must be paid in full by Friday, March 9th, 2012!
Please Note: Vacancies for Outdoor Science School are limited. If a student does not pay their deposit by January 20st, he or she will not be guaranteed a spot at Outdoor Science School.
All attending Outdoor Science School must abide by the Fifth Grade Behavior Contract!
There will be a science school parent meeting on September 20th from 6-7pm in the MPR. Please be sure and attend since there will be important information to share.
